Just Enjoy

KEIBAGOLD recommends that everyone grab an adult beverage, get comfortable, and watch the next biggest thing to hit the Japanese racing scence since Deep Impact. Buenna Vista will enter the Oka-sho as a 1.1 odds favorite and baring any trouble at the gate, will romp home as the victor, and will be officially stamped the best in Japan. There is no money to be made in this race! Betting against her would be criminal and betting on her would get you back such a minimal return that even with the low risk would be idiotic. Just watch and enjoy!

MY HUMBLE APOLOGY

Thanks to the followers who sent me emails wondering why I was betting 15,000 yen on a 400-1 quinella!! My April 4th post listed my selection as the 11th race when in fact it was the 10th race. For some strange reason Hanshin is running the main race in the 10th race from this season periodically and it has created some confusion. This is something I should be on top of and is inexcusable to post such a mistake.

Deep Sky Returns

Reigning 3 year old horse of the year Deep Sky makes his 09 campaign debut in the G2 Sankei Osaka Hai this Sunday at Hanshin racecourse. Dream Journey and Victory among others are set to challenge the Derby winner over the 2000m race. This is a tough spot for Sky and will be a real test for this aspiring star.
