Procyon Stakes I have no love for 6 but a lot of fear. Still, I'm snubbing 6 in favor of 7. He might be out of his depths here but I like to go with youth. 1-7, 7-8, 1-7-8, 1-7-12, 7-8-12, 1-8-12.
Robert, Its difficult to forecast the pace with any accuracy but 11 scored a 2nd in Hanshin at a high pace with a 36.8 stretch..last time out was a moderate pace where he finished 10th after an 8 month break..his weight however remained the same at 468..i just dont want to be on the outside looking in if this race shapes up in his favor especially at 18.7( this morning odds)..and like sean ill probably put 1-8 in a trifecta with other horses..in my case 11 and 12 ...but class wise these 2 look like standouts\1-8, with summer wind an edge in my dirt ratings but first time in Hanshin i dont want to go overboard on him...if he fails then 1 should be right there and without Wind on the board the quinella or exacta could pay well.
got an email from a friend who told me to ignore the last race and that #16 bad gate and all will have an easy going tomorrow..so i will throw 16 in my trifecta and 8-16 only( both ways)
I'd say the rain helps Summer Wind. There's some concern as to whether he can hold 1400 m but that shouldn't be a problem now. I'll keep my main picks but also throw in a few extra quinellas with Summer Wind (8-12, 8-16). Good luck.
hey, i think we all scored today? i bet 16 because of my friends tip and got the 16-8 exacta and the trifecta i forgot to update my post with my additional selections..robert sorry i dont reply..im usually out of the house and don't check the site until i get home
Oh, and Vamos La Rojas! I'm already guaranteed half the pot in my office pool thanks to Germany's win last night but if Spain beats Holland I take it all.
Thanks. As a Canadian, I know next to nothing about soccer but assuming most of my coworkers would select Brazil or Argentina to win I figured Spain would offer good value. Same way I buy horses. Wasn't much of a pot though - I won more on the race yesterday...Maybe I'll let my World Cup winnings ride on the No. 5 horse in next week's lucky last.

Hey Keith,
Why do you like 11 at Hanshin tomorrow? I don't really see it... No love for 6?

8-16 only meaning i will play 16 in 1-8-16 and 1-16,8-16, and the above mention wagers
Hey guys,
It is pouring here in Osaka... Does that change your picks at all?

Good luck guys!

I didn't do too well on the big race, but I crushed on the lucky last at hanshin. I threw down an ichiman on 5! :)
Scored thanks to my last minute refinements. Good info from the keiba gold team helped. LOL. Cheers.

Giv'er Sean! And cheers to you Keith on the 16-8! :)
Congrats Sean!!
I am sure you boys figured it out, but I meant the lucky last at Hakodate. :) Damn OTBs and too much alcohol!

So Sean you are Canadian too, eh?! :)
I grew up just outside of Toronto and lived in Van during my uni days... Where abouts are you from?
Yeah, I had a feeling you were Canadian...I grew up in Toronto and went to university in London (Ontario).
