I didnt mean to have 1-4 with the trios but 4-15...sean eluded to it in an earlier post but i didnt catch the mistake until just now..robert, not sure if u caught the last thread before it vanished when i tried to update...thanks for the offer but i want to bet at halftime so i need to watch it live..i have 2 prop bets going 1) greenbay will have more turnovers at -120 and greenbay will have less rushing yards at -150

great stuff, guys. i hope i can get in on it one of these days.

Sean, I guess u were a little tentative with Jack because of the Gate ? Luckily he broke well and got comfortable settling in 4th position. The 4 had a god gate but broke poorly. He was coming on but the start probably doomed him

*good

I liked both Gorski and Jack but with Danon getting that good gate I lacked the conviction to play them hard like you did. Jack came through for you but it was really the 3 horse which made your ticket. That was masterful.

I hit a ¥1000 3-15 quintella, but my 6-7 win on the Kyoto 11R might be my best ever. I was the only "gaijin" in the WINS Umeda and a could of Oji-chan started busting my balls a bit. I hit the quintella in thr 11R at Kyoto and then in the 11R at Tokyo. By the time I hit the exacta in the 12th race in Tokyo, the guys that were not all that kind to me were giving me their meishi. GTs!!

You hit the exacta in the 12th race in Tokyo, holly shit batman!! good job

I shouldn't probably admit to this, but I will tell you how I won the 12R at Tokyo... I was up a considerable amount of money (over ¥150,000) going into the last race with absolutely no time to look at the card. Being the action junkie I am sometimes(especially when I'm a little tipsy), I put a small play on my birthday and age. lol! Boxed 10,14,3&4 in Quintellas. Well, it turned out well for me anyway... I usually always buy my tickets early and quickly and get the heck out of WINS. I guess I owe the last win to the Oji-chan egging me on and that horseshoe I got wedge up my butt. lol! GTs!

PS Tanaka almost pulled it off!

Hey Keith, I'm not sure if you are betting on tomorrow's G3 or not, but from my analysis I'm liking the 9 horse, the horse with the brutal name, in each way exactas with 1,4,10,11,16. What do you think?

Sean said...

Robert, if Keith hasn't posted by now I think it means he's taking a pass on tomorrow's G3. For what it's worth though I'm very high on 11. 11, 9, 1, 10 in that order. But it looks like the horses might need skates tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets cancelled.

Keith Hagstrom said...

Hey guys, Yeah I was thinking for sure the races would be canceled today so I didn't even bother looking, especially the dirt races. It seems that they're running though. I haven't paid much attention to today's g3 actually.

* still something about Whale Capture that bugs me..

robert said...

Cheers guys! I'll probably just avoid today's race if the conditions are that bad. I remember being at Flamborough Downs Race Track and Casino 2 years ago and they were still running the races with a few inches of snow in December. Then again, it was cart racing so that might have made some kind of difference...

Keith, Whale Capture is a BRUTAL name. All though I doubt it, I would like to believe the person who gave the horse its name, was referring to capturing a whale- a person with a tonne of money and not the more obvious meaning...

Bad name, but great horse! :)
