TENNO SHO

Kyoto 11 Race

# 9 To The Glory... There isn't a 4-yr-old that is running as well as Glory, which is saying a lot considering the great class of 010. I'm wagering 3 in a row is in the cards.

The Wager..#9 with 1,4,6,8,15,18 ¥5000 One Way Exactas
#9 with 1,4,6,8,15,18 ¥5000 Random Trifectas ( 15 tickets)

¥105,000

Like the #9 horses this weekend. Feel pretty good I'll get both or at least one of them. Golden week is here and will probably do some "onsen"relaxation. If I don't post for a few days you can be sure im knee deep in boiling water.:)****will have a major wager next week on the Principal Stakes if the weather holds.

Just a little heads up... It's absolutely pouring in Kansai right now.

Depressing... Tama-chan from Yahoo won ¥160,000 on a ¥10,000 bet. He had 4 out of 6 horses the same as me in exactas and we both ended up choosing the top 3 horses in the race. The only difference besides him cashing in and me not seeing a cent from my ¥13,000 bet is I had Kitz & Backbeat (who both finished better than his other 2 horses) and he had Pelusa and To the Glory... I guess that's why he is a pro and I'm not. I need how to learn how to bet!!! Wish I would've looked at his picks before placing my final wagers...

that was the strangest looking race..the way it unfolded. It all comes in cycles robert. Last year I got my key horse correct but couldn't get the combinations. This year my combinations are there but cant nail the key horse. East solution. start boxing some 5 or 6 horses ( between 10-15 tickets. Win a few while hoping some long odds flier squeaks through , get ur confidence back up and then start over being imaginative. I got one more key horse for next week, if it falters then back to the drawing board of boxing. I was already going to do this for the Derby but i might have to begin early.

You are right that that was a really strange race with a lot of the horses making mini runs and then slowing down. I am positive that To the Glory and some of the other horses thought the race was only going 2400/2500m and started their runs way too early. Blame Shii for letting him getting away?? I also completely agree with you that there are peaks and valleys in gambling, especially horse racing, but I have never ever been this cold (unlucky at points??) in my life!! I'll take a peak at Target Machine later on in the week. Let's see if we can't start a nice little run!

Looks like I'm gonna be all over Grand Prix Boss on Sunday. Just debating if I'm going to box a few horses or use him as my key horse in some each way exactas...

Robert, I agree. If Williams can give him a smooth trip he should factor. I also like Ivy League and Real Impact.

Curious as to how Keith is gonna play Target Machine tomorrow.
